Engagement stages

Every review follows the same backbone so your procurement team knows what to expect — whether you book a design review or an implementation pass.

1. 1. Brief & fit check

   You submit scope via contact or email. We confirm artifact list and decline if the work is outside HTTP API review (e.g., pure mobile UX).

2. 2. Written quote & calendar hold

   Fixed fee or quoted range, deposit amount, and proposed start date. Slot held 10 business days pending deposit.

3. 3. Kickoff

   60-minute call: consumers, auth, environments, and known incidents. NDA mutual if required.

4. 4. Review week

   Asynchronous analysis. One mid-week email if we are blocked on missing examples.

5. 5. Draft findings

   Optional 48-hour preview for critical severities only — prevents surprise on readout day.

6. 6. Readout & handoff

   Final PDF, spreadsheet appendix, and recording link if you recorded. Invoices for balance sent same day.
